Josie had a great day at Montessori Country Day School! She was back to being a happy, engaged, and joyful 3 year old. When she got picked up at school Josie said, "I'm hungry because I was too busy at school to eat my snack!" She is a girl who really knows how to play and enjoy all that is around her. She made strawberry cupcakes with chocolate icing and green sprinkles (her own request...she loves green) and played baby dolls with Sammy and Ty.
Josie loves to cook and Matt and Alissa had a conversation with "Make A Wish." They are trying to arrange to have Josie meet Giada! That is her favorite show. Josie got 80 Giada episodes for Christmas and loves to watch her cooking idol in action.
The team of doctors and specialists helping Josie are the best in the world. They are going to map out the exact size and location of the tumor and start to plan how to attack the tumor with radiation. Matt talked tonight about how they are going to coordinate treatment time, play time, swim time, rest time, school, vacation, and of course time to eat jelly beans! Josie will have a biopsy later this week to learn more about the tumor.
Keep those prayers coming everyone! Thank you!
